This course will help you by improving knowledge and confidence across a wide range of areas including:

  • Put your new skills into practice and carry out supervised coaching sessions

  • Reflecting on coaching skills within an organisational context

 

As part of this course you are required to deliver 6 hours of effective coaching with a maximum of two individuals, and complete a 1 hour meeting with a coach supervisor.

Total qualification time is 97 hours.
