We train future human performance leaders with our range of Physical Training, Gym Instruction and Personal Training qualifications. Our team and performance enhancing sessions are designed to maximise team performance through challenging but enjoyable physical activity.
Our Physical Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Courses
This qualification will train you to a professionally competent level, enabling you to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes within a gym environment as a Level 2 Gym Instructor.
The aim of this qualification is to develop your existing knowledge and skills in gym instruction to become a certified personal trainer and enable you to pursue a career in personal training.
This qualification aims to train you to a professionally competent level, enabling you to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes developing your knowledge to pursue a career in personal training.
This qualification will enable you to develop your knowledge of healthy eating to analyse a client’s nutritional habits and to be able to offer healthy eating advice linked to a clients’ exercise and lifestyle goals.
What we do
We created and continue to support ClearScore’s Internal Resilience Programme, focused on ensuring the physical and mental wellbeing of their staff. Over the past year we have implemented a Boxing Academy for the company-wide team, weekly exercise classes, health & wellbeing lifestyle seminars, and resilience, nutrition and stress seminars.
Teaming up with 3Pillars Project and the Behavioural Insights Team, we deliver team development sessions using boxing to build relationships within the BiT team. Our sessions are based on technical best practice and emphasise the importance of positive team dynamics and positive social impact to build human performance, whilst also getting fitter and healthier.
