Amodigo human performance is driven by our desire to maximise individual and team performance. We believe that maintaining physical health & wellbeing is essential to contribute to all round performance.
 We train future human performance Leaders with our range of Physical Training, Gym Instruction and Personal Training qualifications. Our team and performance enhancing sessions are designed to maximise team performance through challenging but enjoyable physical activity.

Our Physical Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Courses

Level 2 Gym Instructing

This qualification will train you to a professionally competent level, enabling you to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes within a gym environment as a Level 2 Gym Instructor.

Level 3 Personal Training

The aim of this qualification is to develop your existing knowledge and skills in gym instruction to become a certified personal trainer and enable you to pursue a career in personal training.

Level 2 & 3 Personal Training

This qualification aims to train you to a professionally competent level, enabling you to prescribe, plan and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes developing your knowledge to pursue a career in personal training.

Level 3 Nutrition for Exercise

This qualification will enable you to develop your knowledge of healthy eating to analyse a client’s nutritional habits and to be able to offer healthy eating advice linked to a clients’ exercise and lifestyle goals.

What we do

We created and continue to support ClearScore’s Internal Resilience Programme, focused on ensuring the physical and mental wellbeing of their staff. Over the past year we have implemented a Boxing Academy for the company-wide team, weekly exercise classes, health & wellbeing lifestyle seminars, and resilience, nutrition and stress seminars.

Teaming up with 3Pillars Project and the Behavioural Insights Team, we deliver team development sessions using boxing to build relationships within the BiT team. Our sessions are based on technical best practice and emphasise the importance of positive team dynamics and positive social impact to build human performance, whilst also getting fitter and healthier.

From circuits to Pilates, boxing to personal training, and micro-exercise classes in your office, we have a sophisticated suite of programmes to meet your needs, all are available digitally too.

Meet our team

Kevin O'Sullivan

Kevin is an experienced human performance and sports coach with a specialism in boxing, having trained for years at Dale Youth Boxing Club where World Champions such as James DeGale and George Groves originated from.
Will Mclay

Will Mclay

A former Sergeant Major and Royal Army Physical Training Instructor, Will is an expert fitness instructor and is currently studying for a degree in sports science. Will delivers extensive resilience development advice, consultancy and programme development.

Niall MacSweeney

As head of strength and conditioning coach at the Royal Ballet School, Niall has led work investigating the link between the adolescent growth spurt and injury risk. Niall is also a qualified rugby coach and an expert in physical performance.

Steve O'Meara

Steve is a professional boxer, experienced boxing coach and former semi pro footballer. Steve is renowned for his mix of technical expertise in training and hard physical workouts. He is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and Choice Theory Mentor.

Ellie Young

Ellie is a professional dancer, having trained at The Royal Ballet School. She is currently performing in The Phantom of the Opera on the West End. Ellie joins Amodigo as a business development analyst, helping to run and lead classes for the Human Performance aspect of our programme.

Amy Bowen

Amy is a Sports Science & Physiology graduate and a trained secondary science and PE teacher. She joins Amodigo to deepen the sports science of our Human Performance programme strand.
