Our Leadership & Management Courses

Level 3 Emerging Leaders

This starter qualification will develop your core management skills and build leadership capabilities. This qualification is for junior managers and emerging leaders who have management responsibilities but no formal training.

Level 3 Emerging Leaders

This extensive qualification is designed for aspiring leaders and managers to equip you for your everyday responsibilities, as well as some of the more specialist challenges. This qualification is a foundation for your training as an emerging leader.

Level 5 Leadership Development

This condensed qualification is for developing leaders with a growth mindset, ready for the next challenge. This qualification is for existing and developing managers and department heads who wish to develop and extend existing leadership skills.

Level 5 Leadership Development

This extensive qualification is for developing leaders with a growth mindset, ready for the next challenge. This qualification is for middle managers who are looking develop and extend existing leadership skills. The qualification contains reflective and coaching skills units.

Mike Crofts

Mike Crofts

Mike is a strong advocate for positive leadership and management. He has spoken extensively on the power of effective leadership, including writing for the Independent and appearing on the BBC. He is an experienced leader himself, having served in Afghanistan and set up the charity 3Pillars Project, before founding Amodigo.

Abbie Taft

Abbie heads up Learning and Ops. She ensures the training we design and deliver is meaningful, supports the ambition of both employee and employer, and answers a real workplace requirement. Abbie’s drive is built on her experience in consultancy, HR in the SME environment and time as an Army Officer.
Hannah Baumer

Dr Hannah Baumer

Dr Hannah Baumer has a PhD in Forensic Psychology from Royal Holloway University. Hannah currently leads a number of research projects, to measure the impact of delivery work. She has extensive experience leading on programme design within the private and public sector.
Milka Fisiher

Milka Fisiher

Milka has a background in Psychology, Forensic Psychology and uses psychological approaches in mentoring to underpin her ability to engage people. Milka recognises the value of holistic personal development, in addition to her Masters in Psychology, she is a qualified Personal Trainer.
Steve Metcalf

Steve Metcalf

Steve is a leading mental health and resilience trainer – with 33 years British Army experience. He rose from Trooper to become a Lieutenant Colonel and commander of the London Rehabilitation Unit. Steve is an expert trainer in Mental Health First Aid and ASIST suicide prevention courses.
Jacqui Wilmshurst

Dr Jacqui Wilmshurst

A Chartered Psychologist and consultant, Jacqui has over two decades of experience in facilitating the development of more effective, healthy and resilient people and businesses. She has led and managed multi-stakeholder programs, policies and interventions at all levels within organisations, as well as across diverse industries and cultures.
